NZ Shakeout DRILL

Today All of New Zealand participated in the NZ Shake Out Day! Our school also participated.  At 9.15 am our teacher played the audio and we followed through the drop, cover and hold for one minute.
This was an awareness to prepare everyone in-case of a real earthquake.  This drill has been taught for many years and today our country promoted it nation-wide.  We know that
in most buildings in New Zealand you are safer if you stay where you are until the shaking stops. Let’s all get serious about earthquake.
Here are some pictures of us participating in the drill.

This week we completed our Calendar Art for 2015.  Orders have gone home to purchase the artwork.  The orders will arrive back in early December.  Just in time for holidays...This will make a nice Christmas gift.

Let us all enjoy the work that we have produced.  I hope you will enjoy them too as you view each one of them.  They all have a personal touch to it.
